Start Date: 07 September 2019
Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
With: Rachel Haynes
Take your drawing skills to another level by learning techniques to lift your art off the page. Things aren’t always as they seem to be…or are they? Some drawings look so realistic, it is hard to tell what’s art and what’s not!
Over the years artists have used the power of illusions with artwork to challenge the viewer, and their work often leaves us in awe as we are left to ponder on the details of creating such strong and fascinating images! Rachel will guide you through the techniques of creating hyper realistic 3 dimensional artwork, demonstrating how to use dramatic tonal contrast, geometry and perspective tricks to deceive the eye.
